The power breath holds to regulate our body's physiology and our mental wellbeing is only now starting to be explored and studied.

In my own personal journey exploring breathwork, both through yoga and also through my freediving training, it has been a most powerful tool to regulate my nervous system, integrate trauma and build both mental and somatic resilience. It has completely changed the way I inhabit my body and the world around me.

Breathwork is a gateway to healing, to self-exploration and it is an honour and joy to hold space for individuals to explore it either in my yoga classes or in workshops and private sessions.
