Cha Dao is an ancient spiritual practice whose origins are traced back to China. It involves the ceremonial serving and drinking of Tea leaves. It was used by the buddhist monks and ancient sages first as a medicine plant and then as a meditative gateway to presence. Camellia Sinensis is a plant ally + teacher, connecting us to our elemental wisdom, to the ever changing rythms and cycles of nature. Allowing insight into our ability to center and still. It is experienced through all of our senses and teaches us the much needed art of slow living.

Used in ceremony it can cultivate deep presence, meditative states and a sense of harmonious

well-being.

I humbly hold space for individuals and groups seeking to connect with this practice, either in a workshop, 1:1 setting, retreat or any type of sacred and special occasion.
