Tea ceremony is an ancient spiritual practice whose origins are traced back to China. It involves the ritual serving and drinking of Tea leaves. It was used by the buddhist monks and ancient sages first as a healing plant and then as a gateway to meditation.

Camellia Sinensis is a plant ally + teacher, connecting us to our elemental wisdom, to the ever changing rythms and cycles of nature. Allowing insight into our ability to center and ground. It is experienced through all of our senses and teaches us the much needed art of presence and stillness.

Used in ceremony it can cultivate mindfulness, deep meditative states and a sense of harmonious
well-being.

I humbly hold space for individuals and groups seeking to connect with this practice, either in a workshop, 1:1 setting, retreat or any type of sacred and special occasion.
