Monday 20.00 - 21.00 (EEST)
A gentle and slow practice that mixes elements from Yin Yoga and Restorative in order to help us build resilience, relieve stress and refill our energy for the week. Expect long holds in postures, static lengthening and cooling pranayama techniques.
Wednesday 19.00 - 20.00 (EEST)
A dynamic, strengthening practice that is set to build up our inner physical energy or prana and get us out of our comfort zone while moving through the postures and interweaving movement with breath for a sense of meditation in motion. Expect arm balances, inversions and exploration of advanced asana, suited of course to all levels of practitioners.
Friday 19.00 - 20.00 (EEST)
ALIGN & STRENGTHEN
In this class we will work towards improving the poor movement and alignment patterns we have acquired during the last months of lockdown. Expect movements centered around core strengthening, axial decompression of the spine, myofascial release, strenghtening of postural muscles, stabilization of hyperflexibility, mobility exercises and more. A certain amount of props will be needed such as blocks (or books/cans), dowel (or a broomstick), straps (any type of belt the lenght of both your arms open will do), blanket and chair (any basic chair or stool will do for most classes) and access to a wall or door.
