Monday 21.15 - 22.15 (EEST)
A gentle and slow practice that mixes elements from Yin Yoga and Restorative in order to help us build resilience, relieve stress and refill our energy for the week. Expect long holds in postures, static lengthening and cooling pranayama techniques.
Wednesday 19.00 - 20.00 (EEST)
A dynamic, strengthening practice that is set to build up our inner physical energy or prana and get us out of our comfort zone while moving through the postures and interweaving movement with breath for a sense of meditation in motion. Expect arm balances, inversions and exploration of advanced asana, suited of course to all levels of practitioners.
